Hi! I have a HUGE favor to ask and it can only be done with your help. Ian does not know that I am adding an update but I need your help surprising him. Our family has been invited to join The Painted Turtle this Saturday for a very special event! We will help the staff and volunteers celebrate the start of summer camp sessions! What an amazing gift for our family to be able to meet the new volunteers and staff, as well as reunite with those we know and adore! Shawn, Kadin, Ian, and I will be giving our own personal experiences on why we love The Painted Turtle and why it means so much to us personally and to our family as a whole. I truly wish everyone could go to The Painted Turtle for just one day to feel the same serenity and peace I feel when I am there. Anyway... how you could help....I would LOVE to surprise Ian with an update saying he has met his goal! He is Only $470dollars away from being able to say he helped send a SIBLING to The Painted Turtle!! I know this is a lot but he truly deserves to have his time to shine! Please consider helping Ian reach his goal- I promise your contribution will not go unnoticed and you will make two little kids (Ian and the camper) VERY happy!

 The Painted Turtle is a unique medical-specialty camp for kids with serious illness. The Painted Turtle is celebrating sustainability all month long! All Good Day Sunshine gifts made during the month of April will be MATCHED by another generous supporter – that’s double the impact for the kids!

At The Painted Turtle, children with serious medical conditions are not defined by their illness. Kids come away from a week at Camp with courage to try something new, confidence to make new friends, and new independence in their healthcare.

Camp is always free of charge to campers and their families, and that’s why I'm fundraising. Your Good Day Sunshine gift will allow more kids with chronic illnesses to experience the adventure that awaits them at The Painted Turtle – while also providing the expert pediatric care they need in a safe and comfortable environment.
